Availability Calendar

​

Pint Size Cookies will update the Availability Calendar weekly. Availability could change at any time based on other order requests or changes to schedules. Please understand that Pint Size Cookies' availability is scheduled around their personal and work schedule.

Order Request Forms, Deposits & Payments

​

Order Request Forms can be found on pintsizecookies.com. Once a form is submitted, please allow 3-4 days for Pint Size Cookies to review. Once order is approved, you will receive an email with a copy of these terms and conditions and an invoice for 50% of your total order amount. A 50% deposit is required to book the date. If the deposit is not made within 7 days of approved request, the order will be void and a new request form will need to be submitted. The remaining balance of your order will be due 7 days before your pickup date. If remaining balance is not paid by 7 days before your pickup date, the order will be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Pint Size Cookies may increase cookie prices at any time. With inflation and increase of cookie ingredients, supplies, taxes and packaging, prices may increase without notice. Updated prices are posted on the site. Updated: 1.7.2025

Custom Order/Design Process

​

After your order is approved and a deposit is made, your pickup date is booked. 1-2 weeks before your pickup date, Pint Size Cookies will email you with a design idea including all the details and ideas that were in your order form. Customer will approve designs and finalize any other details. Once designs are approved and finalized, no other changes may be made. A reminder of remaining balance will also be sent if needed.

Pint Size Cookies has the right to deny any cookie design request. Pint Size Cookies will not create cookies that are racist, homophobic, hateful or political.

Pickups and Deliveries

​

The event date on your order request form is the date that you will be picking up your cookies.

​

All custom orders need to be picked up at my home in Meridian, Idaho. Address will be sent once the final payment is made.

​

The week of your pickup date, you will receive an email from me to pick a Morning or Night pickup time. Morning times are from 9am-11am and Night times are from 5pm-7pm. Cookies will be placed on my porch pickup area (weather permitting) before your arrival. If you do not pick up your cookies within the timeframe agreed, the cookies will be brought inside and another pickup time will need to be discussed with Pint Size Cookies.

If no pickup was made and no contact to Pint Size Cookies, the order will be donated and no refund will be given.

​

Deliveries are available for an additional $25 in the Treasure Valley if time is available for your date.

Cancellations/Rescheduling/Refunds

​

If you need to cancel, please contact Pint Size Cookies as soon as you can. Deposits are non-refundable. If there is availability, you may reschedule your cookie order and the deposit or full payment will be credited towards a future order. If no future order is booked, last minute cancellations (within 2 weeks of pickup date), discretion will be used to determine the availability of a refund if remaining balance was paid.

If you need to change your pickup date, a $25 change fee may be added to your order if the new date is unavailable and schedules will need to be adjusted to fulfill your order.

In the event that Pint Size Cookies needs to cancel your order due to personal sickness or emergencies, a full refund will be given and a discount will be given for a future order.

Cookie Care/After Pickup

​

Pint Size Cookies is not liable for any damages or breakage once the order has been picked up. Cookies should remain at room temperature. Do not put cookies in refrigerator. Once picked up, please do not keep cookies in car or outside in extreme heat or cold. Hot and Cold temperatures may ruin the icing designs and cause the royal icing cookies to melt, crack, break or colors may bleed. Freezing instructions are available by request.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out to Pint Size Cookies as soon as you can so we can fix and resolve any issues with your order.
